Richmond Councillors invited Thames Water, members of the public, SOLAR representatives and Munira Wilson MP to a Town Hall on Monday, 27 Nov 2023 at York House in Twickenham, TW1 3AA.
The discussion was chaired by Cllr Gareth Roberts, Leader of Richmond Council.
The panel included Cllr Julia Neden-Watts, Deputy Leader and Chair of the Environment, Sustainability, Culture and Sports Services Committee, as well as Council officers and representatives from Save Our Lands and River.
Thames Water appeared online, not in person.
Around 300 members of the public appeared in person, with a capacity room. Many more attended online.
