At the start of April, with little communication or further information being provided by Thames Water, SOLAR wrote to Ofwat to raise our significant concerns about the numerous failings of the TDRA. Including the lack of transparency about the best value methodology, the significant environmental impact of the scheme and the failure to consider the better alternatives.
